确定财务需求

对于大多数类型的经济援助,比如助学金, 补贴贷款和某些奖学金, we need to determine your financial need for the aid. There is no “income cutoff” or other simple method of determining whether you will qualify for need-based financial aid. If you think you need help paying for college, we strongly encourage you to apply using the FAFSA at www.studentaid.gov.

“Financial need” is defined as the difference between what it costs you to attend school and what you and your family can afford to pay.

经济需要/最高资格

Your student resources are the amount you and your family are expected to have available for school and is calculated based on the information on your FAFSA. A standard government formula is used to determine the family’s contribution. 它考虑到了家庭规模, 在校人数, 上一历年的总收入, and assets.

In addition, other resources you have such as private scholarships, 其他dzc澳门电子城奖学金, 教育福利, 长期贷款, 住宿助理福利, and all other sources of assistance must be considered in determining your total resources. Please report to our office any other resources you have as soon as you know about them.
